Fitness for Kids/Teens

For Kids Age 5-11 I have developed a 45 minute fun physical activity session featuring old favourites such as  pirate ships and stuck in the mud, with some some new Healthy Living games thrown in such as Beans and Vegetables.

For my Teaching Teen Certification. I have written a 6/7 week Scheme of Work and associated Lesson Plans incorporating the following Teen Fitness Topics;

Street Dance

Street Step*

Fitness Cheerleading

Resistance Training

Hula Hooping*

Dance Fitness Pilates
